These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all rentals of sound equipment and related services provided by 615 Sounds (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking, paying for, or accepting delivery of any equipment, you (“Client,” “Renter,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Reservation & Payment
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure equipment and date availability.
No reservation is confirmed until payment is received.
A valid ID and signed agreement may be required upon pickup or delivery.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Equipment Responsibility
The Renter assumes full responsibility for all equipment during the rental period.
You are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of equipment while it is in your possession, regardless of fault.
Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and operated by competent individuals.
4. Pickup & Return
Equipment must be picked up and returned at the agreed times. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Late fees will be charged per day and may be equal to the daily rental rate.
If you are unable to return equipment on time, you must notify us immediately.
5. Delivery & Setup (if applicable)
If 615 Sounds delivers and/or sets up equipment, you must ensure that the venue is accessible and safe.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of standard service areas or for difficult access.
6. Equipment Condition & Inspection
All equipment is tested and inspected before each rental.
The Renter is encouraged to inspect all items upon pickup or delivery and report any issues immediately.
Failure to report issues at the start of the rental will result in the assumption that equipment was received in working condition.
7. Damage, Loss, or Theft
The Renter is liable for the full repair or replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.
If equipment is returned in a condition that requires cleaning or repair, additional fees may apply.
Equipment damaged beyond repair will be charged at full replacement value.
8. Liability & Indemnification
615 Sounds is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use or misuse of rented equipment.
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 615 Sounds from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your event or equipment use.
This includes, but is not limited to, electrical issues, noise complaints, venue restrictions, or technical failures beyond our control.
9. Misuse & Prohibited Use
Equipment must not be used:
Outdoors without prior approval
In wet or hazardous environments
In violation of local laws or venue policies
By untrained or underage individuals
Misuse will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund and possible legal action.
10. Force Majeure
615 Sounds is not responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, equipment manufacturer issues, acts of God, or labor disputes.
11. Ownership
All rented equipment remains the sole property of 615 Sounds. Nothing in this agreement conveys ownership or title to the Renter.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be filed in the appropriate court located in Davidson County, TN.
13. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking or renting equipment from 615 Sounds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
