Refund Policy

At 615 Sounds, we are committed to providing high-quality sound equipment and exceptional service for your event. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Reservation & Payment Terms

To secure your rental and reserve equipment for your event date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Equipment is not held or guaranteed until payment is received in full.

Once your reservation is confirmed, the requested items are removed from our rental availability list, making them unavailable to other clients for that date. This is why cancellations result in a financial impact, as we may lose the opportunity to rent the equipment to another customer.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, because your reservation blocks out specific equipment for your date, we apply the following cancellation terms:

Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before the Event Date:
You will receive a full refund of your payment.
Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before the Event Date:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we are unlikely to rebook the reserved equipment on short notice.

No-Show or Day-of Cancellations

If you do not show up to collect your rental or cancel on the day of the event, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Why This Policy Exists

When you reserve equipment, we immediately remove it from our rental inventory for your selected date. This means we are turning away other potential clients for that same equipment — a foregone opportunity for our business. Our policy helps ensure fairness to all clients and protects the integrity of our scheduling process.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
